Evox is seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist contractors and users with the company’s SaaS platform in a fully remote role. The position emphasizes customer service, technical problem-solving, and platform expertise to ensure a smooth user experience.

You will help clients navigate workflows, perform platform demonstrations, and guide users through account management and filings while maintaining high satisfaction and rapid problem resolution.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting SaaS products or CRM platforms.
• Experience delivering live platform demos is a plus.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls, provide professional and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, filings, and usage.
• Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
