Virtustant is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote position serving Latin America. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide users through workflows while delivering excellent customer service.
The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels of tech experience.
Competenze
- At least 2 years in customer service or technical support.
- Full professional fluency in English (speaking and writing).
- Experience supporting software platforms and SaaS products.
- Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs is valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup issues.
