Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving Latin America. You will provide first-line support for a SaaS platform, guide customers through platform workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role emphasizes incident management, SLA adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in IT support, strong ITSM knowledge, and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM concepts, incident management, and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, networking, and access issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine IT incidents affecting end users.
• Manage incidents and service requests through resolution per SLAs.
• Administer ITSM processes for Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain clear communication with end users throughout the support lifecycle.
