Ags Youth Soccer Club is hiring for a Technical Support Representative responsible for assisting customers remotely with a SaaS platform. The role combines customer service, technical problem-solving, and platform expertise to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate will handle phone-based support, guide users through platform features, perform demonstrations, and work to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering live platform demonstrations or customer training.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and usage issues.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes to resolve issues.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase key features.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and determine the best action.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers to ensure solutions work and satisfaction is maintained.
