Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting software platforms and SaaS products.
• Experience delivering platform demos or onboarding sessions is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; identifies root causes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet work.
• Clear, accessible communication of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and filings.
• Guide customers through features and workflows with demos.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve with action plan.
• Own customer issues from contact to resolution, escalate when needed.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM.
