Ags Youth Soccer Club is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving Latin America. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, conduct demonstrations, and troubleshoot SaaS issues, while guiding customers through workflows and ensuring timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or similar.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience supporting software/SaaS platforms and CRM systems.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training to customers.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality and account setup.
• Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes with clear explanations.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs for customers.
