Job summary

Ags Youth Soccer Club is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role supporting a SaaS platform in the construction permitting space. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, troubleshooting, and demonstrations, while guiding customers through workflows and ensuring a high-quality support experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting customers with software platforms, SaaS products, or other technology-based tools.
• Experience delivering live platform demonstrations or onboarding sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Tech-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to customers of varying knowledge.
• Ownership and accountability in resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform issues including account setup, document uploads, and general usage.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows to enable independent resolution.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase key features.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information, identifying root causes, and determining actions.
• Take ownership from initial contact through resolution, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are effective and satisfaction is maintained.
