World-Business-Lenders,-Ll is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in the SaaS space, supporting contractors across the U.S. You will troubleshoot platform issues and guide customers through features with demonstrations.

Strong English communication, ownership of issues from start to finish, and the ability to learn SaaS workflows are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support (phone-based preferred).
• Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, or CRM systems.
• Experience delivering product demos or platform walkthroughs.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with good judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demos.
• Investigate issues and determine root causes; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of interactions and resolutions.
• Follow up to confirm solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Identify patterns and feedback for product/ops teams.
• Meet targets for call volume and resolution rates.
