Supportyourapp-1 in a 100% remote role is seeking a Technical Support Representative to assist US-based contractors with the SaaS platform, guiding them through workflows and handling technical questions. You will perform platform demos, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions in the CRM.

The ideal candidate thrives on ownership, communicates clearly, and has at least two years of customer-facing experience in a phone-based or online environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Experience with software platforms and SaaS products.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality and account setup.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
