Job summary

Intuition Machines, Inc. is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a fully remote role focused on helping Latin American customers navigate our SaaS construction-permitting platform.

You will handle calls, troubleshoot issues, guide users through features, and conduct demonstrations to show value and improve adoption. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or technical support, strong English communication, and a proven ability to diagnose problems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support (phone-based)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms or software tools
• Experience delivering product/platform demos or training
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Proactive attitude and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience with Excel or similar spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot issues with platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and provide demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine best action.
• Maintain documentation of interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Follow up with customers to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
