SupportYourApp is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role focused on the SaaS platform used in construction permitting. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, guide customers through platform features, and conduct demonstrations to help users maximize value.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or technical support, is fluent in English, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM systems, or other tech tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or software walkthroughs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Technology-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive attitude and ownership when handling customer issues.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality, account setup, and general software usage.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes to resolve issues.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to introduce key features.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, determine best course of action.
• Own customer issues from initial contact through resolution, escalate when needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are working.
