Job summary

SupportYourApp in Argentina is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role serving US-based construction SaaS customers. You will combine customer service, technical problem-solving, and platform expertise to guide contractors through the software and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer-facing tech support, is fluent in English, and can demonstrate platform demos, troubleshoot, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS, CRM, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or training is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and ownership in handling issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
• Guide customers through features, workflows, and demonstrations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation of interactions and resolutions.
• Follow up to ensure solutions are effective and customers are satisfied.
