Job summary
Accenture Argentina is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role focused on the SaaS platform used by our U.S. construction permitting customers.
You will assist contractors with platform navigation, perform troubleshooting, and guide users through workflows and demonstrations to maximize product adoption. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a customer-facing technical role, strong English communication skills, and experience with SaaS tools, CRM systems,
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with software platforms and SaaS products.
- Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs is valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
- Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new tools and software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
- Able to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with professional and timely support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality and account-related issues.
- Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and explain usage effectively.
- Investigate issues to identify root causes and best solutions.
- Own customer issues from start to resolution and escalate if needed.
- Follow up to confirm solutions are working and ensure satisfaction.
