Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support
- Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience with software platforms, SaaS products or CRM systems
- Experience delivering platform demos or feature explanations is valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis
- Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads
- Walk customers through platform features and workflows
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine solutions
- Take ownership from initial contact to resolution and escalate when needed
- Follow up to ensure solutions are effective and customer satisfied
