Job summary

Supportyourapp is hiring a Technical Support Representative to serve US clients from LATAM in a fully remote role. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, perform demonstrations, and guide customers through workflows.

The position emphasizes problem solving, ownership, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. The ideal candidate has strong English skills, experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools, and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and customer

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, tech support or similar customer-facing role.
Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or other tech tools.
Experience conducting platform demos, software walkthroughs, or feature explanations is valued.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and general software use.
Guide customers through features, workflows, and processes; perform platform demonstrations.
Investigate problems by analyzing data to identify root causes and actions.
Take ownership from initial contact to resolution; escalate when needed.
Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction remains high.
