Job summary
Assurant is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role in the SaaS space. You will assist contractors and customers with platform navigation, account management, and document workflows while delivering high-quality service and timely issue resolution.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical support, strong English, and familiarity with ITSM processes and CRM tools. You will participate in ongoing product training and support improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support or help desk roles
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services
- Knowledge of identity and access management (AD, Okta)
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP and networking fundamentals
- Security basics and incident escalation procedures
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice)
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely, solution-oriented support
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and workflow issues
- Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demonstrations
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the CRM
- Meet performance targets for call volume and resolution quality
