Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver first-level IT support across the organization. The role includes incident management, request fulfillment, and ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices.

You will handle hardware/software issues, collaborate with IT teams and vendors, and ensure timely resolutions with strong customer service in English and Spanish. This is a fully remote position within the SaaS domain.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years in technical support, help desk, or similar IT role.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and identity/access management (AD/Okta).
• Knowledge of ITSM concepts (ITIL) and SLA management.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level hardware, software, telecommunications, and network support.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests; maintain SLAs and incident lifecycles.
• Assist with incident management, request fulfillment, and ITSM processes.
• Document issues, resolutions, and workarounds in the CRM/ITSM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations.
• Deliver professional customer service and clear communication throughout the support lifecycle.
