Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role focused on delivering first-line IT support and platform guidance. The role involves troubleshooting, platform demonstrations, and ensuring effective incident and request fulfillment in a SaaS environment.

You should have 2+ years in technical support, strong ITSM knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and identity management tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to support Latin American customers.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years in a Technical Support/Help Desk/Service Desk role.
Experience with ITSM concepts and processes (Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, SLA management).
Experience with Microsoft 365 services and identity/access management (AD, Okta).
Knowledge of DNS/DHCP, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity basics.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, telecom, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve routine incidents affecting end users and operations.
Respond to support requests for installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of software/hardware.
Own incidents and requests through resolution, ensuring SLA compliance.
Maintain ITSM processes related to Incident Management and Request Fulfillment.
Identify recurring issues and communicate fixes to IT teams.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations.
Maintain clear communication with end users throughout the support lifecycle.
