Job summary

Assurant is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a remote, SaaS-focused role. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide customers through workflows, while ensuring timely resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical support, strong ITSM knowledge, and fluency in English (and Spanish is a plus). This remote role offers onboarding and ongoing training, with opportunities to grow in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk.
• Full professional fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools is valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional support for platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform usage, account setup, and document handling.
• Guide customers through features and workflows with demonstrations.
• Investigate root causes, escalate when needed, and document resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up on open issues.
• Meet performance targets for call volume, resolution, and CSAT.
