Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or tech tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs for customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and general usage.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to show key features.
• Investigate root causes and determine best course of action; take ownership from contact to resolution.
• Follow up to confirm solutions work and ensure a positive experience.
