AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.
You will partner with stakeholders, design scalable analytics, integrate data sources, and work in an Agile, distributed team environment to deliver high-quality
Competenze
- 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Mansioni
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
- Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
- Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
- Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
- Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across reports.
- Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
- Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
