AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based source systems. English level is upper-intermediate, and you will work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems experience.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate to data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization to support decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
