AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus an upper-intermediate English level.

You will partner with stakeholders to understand processes and KPIs, design data models, ensure data quality, and support onboarding of data in an Agile

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboard and report development experience.
• Expertise in Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and data integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models, KPI definitions, and scalable analytics.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
