AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL, plus experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms and SAP-based sources, with upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Power BI dashboard/report development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Experience coordinating or supporting onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT/source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions across reports.
• Guide stakeholders on data visualization best practices for decision making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
