AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and Snowflake/SAP data sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate requirements into data models, and ensure data quality across the end-to-end analytics stack in an Agile, distributed team environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering insights.

• Support onboarding and integration of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to Power BI.

• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
