AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards, strong data modeling and DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms, plus SAP-based sources and upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data quality, reliability, and reusable data models.
Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
