Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI expertise, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with stakeholders to design and maintain dashboards, translate requirements into data models, and troubleshoot data across the flow from source

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization and analytics to support decisions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
