AgileEngine seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. 4+ years of experience with Power BI dashboards/reports, data modeling (DAX), SQL, and Snowflake or SAP data sources are required, with upper-intermediate English.

You will partner with business stakeholders, design data models, and collaborate with IT and analytics teams in an Agile, distributed environment to deliver scalable analytics

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical and data requirements.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
Experience coordinating or supporting the onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple layers of a data solution.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to visualization.
Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics to support decision-making.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
