Job summary

AgileEngine, a data-driven software solutions company, is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/report development, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based data sources, plus upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional Power BI dashboard/report development.
Strong Power BI data modeling and DAX knowledge; visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills with relational/analytical data.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytical needs.
Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering clear insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals and reporting.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to Power BI.
Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency and reliability.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on data visualization and analytics usage for decisions.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs and technical solutions.
Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
