AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.
You will partner with stakeholders, design and maintain dashboards, translate requirements into data models, and ensure data availability and quality within an Agile,
Competenze
- 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA or SAP-based source systems.
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to translate business processes into data requirements and work with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
- Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
- Onboard and integrate data into Snowflake and SAP data sources.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
- Collaborate to improve data quality and consistency.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
- Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics usage.
- Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
