Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL skills, and familiarity with Snowflake and SAP data sources, plus an upper-intermediate English level.

You will partner with business stakeholders to deliver clear metrics, collaborate with IT and data owners, and contribute to an Agile delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data; experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system → data platform → semantic/model → Power BI.
• Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with cross-functional teams.
• Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics across reports.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics use.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
