Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong data modeling with DAX, SQL proficiency, and Snowflake or similar cloud platforms, plus upper-intermediate English.

You will work with Agile, distributed teams to deliver scalable analytics, promote reusable data models, and guide stakeholders on data visualization practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational/analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with IT and data owners to identify data requirements and availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into Snowflake and SAP sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end across the flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
