AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to design data models, implement dashboards, and ensure data quality across Snowflake and SAP data sources.

You should have 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, SQL proficiency, and a solid grasp of DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices in an upper-intermediate English

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating/onboarding data from enterprise source systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across data solution layers.
• Strong communication to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Support onboarding/integration of data from Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed teams.
