Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns for DTC and eCommerce brands. You’ll speak directly with clients, craft strategies, and own outcomes across Shopping, PMax, and brand initiatives.

You will audit accounts, defend your decisions, and drive incremental growth with a data-first approach. WFH flexibility with US Eastern calls required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, with results you can walk through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you changed.
• Fluent English for client communication and leadership in calls.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax campaigns, not just search.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touch: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand separately with clear reporting.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate brand vs. non-brand impact.
• Keep Google's automation under control and audit auto features.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, titles, promotions, etc.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, conversions, and reconciliation.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix: creative, offers, landing pages, tracking.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting using AI tools.
