Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end-to-end in a remote setting. You will manage DTC and ecommerce campaigns, optimize ROAS, and own attribution and reporting.

You will directly communicate with clients, defend decisions, and drive growth across Brand and Non-brand initiatives. You should be fluent in English, comfortable with US Eastern hours, and able to build and test landing pages and assets as part of a data-driven growth

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to prove ROI and explain changes to clients.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Own client relationships end-to-end, with ownership over results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Own the feed, tracking, and performance across all campaigns (Brand, Non-brand, PMax).
• Present results, plans, and reasoning to clients and defend decisions.
• Work across US Eastern business hours; remote worldwide.
