Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client accounts across DTC/eCommerce. You will directly engage with clients, defend your strategic calls, and own the full funnel—from feeds to landing pages and conversions.

You will drive incremental growth with NC-CPA/NC-ROAS thinking, optimize PMax, and collaborate on creative and testing. This role offers global remote work with US Eastern hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce campaigns.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results directly.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and incremental testing.
• Experience building or optimizing landing pages and related assets.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking before changes.
• Separate brand vs non-brand campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Understand and optimize PMax with consideration of branded vs incremental impact.
• Maintain ownership over feed, Merchant Center, and product data.
• Own tracking setup (GA4/Shopify goal imports, conversions).
• Create and ship assets or landing pages to remove bottlenecks.
