Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own a set of DTC accounts end to end, from client communication to campaign execution and landing-page optimization.

You will audit and optimize across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, defend your attribution choices, and work remotely with US Eastern hours. Grow with the team as we scale performance for multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend; show CPA/ROAS results.
• Experience across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube and Merchant Center.
• Ability to communicate ideas in English with clients.
• Willing to work US Eastern hours; self-directed and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Audit campaigns before touching anything; provide Loom walkthroughs for clients.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate efforts; report separately.
• Understand PMax dynamics and attribution; defend optimization decisions.
• Own feed, tracking and landing pages; build or fix assets as needed.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve performance.
