Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end DTC campaigns for multiple brands. You will manage client relationships directly, audit complex accounts, and defend your optimization decisions with measurable results.

You will optimize across GA4, GTM, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, while building landing pages and testing strategies with AI-assisted tools. Remote work with US Eastern hours is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with real money across DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to own client relationships and present results directly.
• Strong grasp of attribution models and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS principles.
• Experience with Shopify, Merchant Center, and associated feed optimization.
• Comfort using AI tools for landing page creation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts and client communications.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking before touching accounts.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Build or deploy landing pages and run tests to improve conversion.
