Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns for DTC and ecommerce brands. You will audit, strategize, and communicate results directly to clients, ensuring accountable growth and measurable ROI.

You will manage feeds, shopping, PMax, attribution, and testing, building landing pages when needed. Remote work across time zones with US-hour client calls a must.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce with auditable results.
• Experience presenting results, plans, and rationale directly to clients.
• Familiarity with cross-channel strategies and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of client Google Ads accounts end to end from onboarding to reporting.
• Audit accounts before changes: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impressions, feeds, landing pages, tracking.
• Communicate updates, defend decisions, and lead client calls.
• Keep brand and non-brand campaigns separate with clear reporting.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing page optimization to drive increments.
