Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end‑to‑end paid media for 50 DTC/eCommerce brands. You will manage accounts, write updates, run client calls, and defend your decisions with clear ROI.

You will oversee Google Ads, Meta, and tracking, conduct rigorous audits, and separate brand vs. non-brand growth. This role is remote with US Eastern hours and high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience explaining attribution and ROI to clients.
• Familiar with Shopify and landing-page testing.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching anything; present findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report separately.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit auto recommendations.
• Own the feed and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required landing pages or scripts.
