Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own end-to-end Google accounts for multiple DTC and ecommerce brands. You will be the client’s direct contact, write updates, run calls, and defend your decisions.

We expect hands-on mastery of Google Ads, PMax, Shopping, GA4, and GTM, with a track record of driving CPA/ROAS improvements. You can work remotely worldwide, with US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and ecommerce, able to explain CPA and ROAS with concrete changes.
• Fluent in English for client-facing calls and presentations.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, and brand vs non-brand strategies.
• Ability to audit accounts and present findings via Loom walkthrough.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses.
• Explain attribution and defend it; optimize for NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.
• Own feed and tracking; build landing pages and scripts as needed.
• Communicate updates and run client calls; be the point of contact.
