Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. The candidate will own Google accounts end to end, communicating directly with clients, presenting updates, and defending strategic decisions that optimize growth.

The role focuses on differentiating demand created versus harvested and proving impact to clients. We work with 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, managing substantial ad spend across Meta and Google.
