Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands. You’ll talk to clients directly, present plans and updates, and defend your calls with data.

You’ll audit, optimize across campaigns, feed, and landing pages, and measure against NC-CPA/NC-ROAS. Remote worldwide; US Eastern hours required. Candidate should own the whole picture and deliver outcomes.

Competenze

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience presenting results and defending decisions to clients.
• Ability to work across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, and GA4/GTM.
• Familiarity with Shopify or eCommerce tech stack is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer, and client liaison.
• Audit campaigns before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses and report accordingly.
• Monitor feed health, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
• Drive incremental growth and defend attribution and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
