Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own client Google accounts end to end, from audits to optimization, and directly present plans and results. You will manage both brand and direct-response campaigns, with a focus on incremental growth and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization.

Remote role with US East hours required. You will work with 50 DTC/eCommerce brands, handling large monthly spends, building landing pages, and integrating analytics across GA4,

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience owning client relationships and presenting results directly.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Shopping, Pmax and YouTube campaigns.
• Ability to audit accounts, build landing pages, and track conversions.
• Fluent English communication and comfort speaking with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts prior to changes and present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate, measure incremental impact.
• Analyze attribution, holdouts, and optimization strategies; defend decisions.
• Own feed, promotions, and tracking; build assets and landing pages as needed.
