Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, ensuring governance, documentation, and measurable outcomes. This remote role collaborates with centers of excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes across LATAM and beyond.

You will own process design translation, lifecycle execution for complex HR workflows, and governance frameworks, while driving continuous improvement and automation with cross-functional partners.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years in HR operations.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy and regional teams.
• Experience developing process performance reports, dashboards, KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, decision frameworks, and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are completed accurately and at scale.
• Establish governance with decision rights, prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams to enable scalable design, automation, and data quality.
• Create and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and process maps.
• Drive continuous improvement via Voice of the Customer and data trends; explore automation and AI opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and ensure value alignment with contracts and service expectations.
• Develop change-management plans to support launches and user adoption.
