Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including policy, standard work, and governance. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes and drive high-quality talent outcomes across Veralto.

This role is part of the HR Shared Services / Policy & Process Excellence team and will be remote in LATAM. You will translate global design into scalable standards, own lifecycle execution for core HR

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, transformation, or BPM.
• Ability to partner with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes including standard work and controls.
• Own lifecycle execution for processes like Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, governance, KPIs, and risk and issue tracking at scale.
• Develop communication and change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
