Job summary

Veralto seeks an experienced HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR functional processes. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes, ensure governance, and drive continuous improvement in a remote LATAM setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience with end-to-end HR process execution in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to meet milestones.
