Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes from policy to execution. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to optimize processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond.

The role is remote with a global scope, reporting to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence. You will shape governance, adopt continuous improvement, and support cycle launches across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or BPM.
• End-to-end HR process execution in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process performance reports, KPIs, and adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, decision rights, intake, approvals, and audit routines.
• Collaborate with IT, HRSS, Centers of Excellence, and regional teams to enable scalable design and automation.
• Build and maintain Standard Work, training materials, guides, playbooks, and process maps.
