Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, document Standard Work, ensure adoption, and drive continuous improvement across regions. This role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and Legal to govern processes that deliver high-quality talent outcomes.

Based in LATAM with remote work, you will manage lifecycle execution for processes such as Compensation Planning, Performance Management, and Benefits Enrollment, build governance,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or transformation.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy.
• Experience developing process performance reports, KPIs, adoption metrics, or compliance reporting.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS platform; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and decision frameworks.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, governance routines, risk tracking, and escalations for scalable delivery.
• Establish process governance incl. approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
