Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes from design to governance, with a focus on standard work, training materials, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Centers of Excellence, IT, and HR Shared Services and is remote within LATAM.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR operations, experience with Workday or similar HRIS, and strong English fluency. This position supports scalable, compliant HR processes across regions and functions.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years in HR operations or related fields.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed environments.
• Ability to design, implement, govern, and improve HR processes with cross-functional partners.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS and strong English fluency.

Mansioni

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned HR processes across regions.
• Manage project plans, governance, KPIs, and risk tracking.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable automation and reporting.
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and standard work.
• Lead vendor-management and change-management activities.
